"As a mother and a Registered Nurse here in the Boston area, I've lived the stressful, overwhelming search for trustworthy childcare firsthand. I understood the deep-seated need for peace of mind, but I was struck by the gap between what parents truly needed and what traditional services offered.

The 'good enough' approach to vetting and safety just wasn't good enough for me—not as a parent, and certainly not as a healthcare professional.

That is why I founded Nurture Haven.

I decided to build the agency I wished existed for my own family. An agency where the entire screening process is designed and overseen by a Registered Nurse. An agency where every caregiver is a respected W2 employee, not a gig worker. An agency that understands that for a parent, true peace of mind isn't a luxury—it's everything.

My promise is simple: to bring this higher standard of care to families across the state.
