How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance for standard events, 8-12 weeks for peak wedding season (May-October). However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests with 2 weeks' notice.

What's your caregiver-to-child ratio?

The number of nannies depends on the number and ages of children attending. As a general guideline, we recommend:

  • 1 nanny for every infant (newborn to 12 months)
  • 1 nanny for every baby (12 to 24 months)
  • 1 nanny for every 2 toddlers (ages 2 - 4 years)
  • 1 nanny for every 3 pre-school children (4 - 6 years)
  • 1 nanny for every 4 children (6 + years)

What if a caregiver calls out on event day?

As a staffed agency with W-2 employees, we maintain a backup roster. We've never had to cancel an event due to caregiver availability.
