The Event Coordination & Safety Fee

A required coordination fee that covers pre-event planning, staffing, on-site leadership, safety oversight, and professional setup and breakdown. This fee ensures every event is properly prepared, staffed, and managed from arrival to departure.

$10 per child (1–20 children)
$12 per child (21–50 children)

The Per-Caregiver Hourly Rate

An all-inclusive hourly rate for each professional, W-2 employed caregiver. The number of caregivers is determined by your child count and Nurture Haven's premium safety ratios.

$45-75/hour per caregiver
Rates vary by child age, caregiver specialization, and day of week.
Weekend & holiday premiums may apply.
4-hour minimum per caregiver.
