Professional, RN-led companion care for seniors — one-time visits or regular scheduled care. CNA/HHA-experienced caregivers, W-2 employed, held to the same clinical standards that define everything we do.
Just like our childcare services, Senior Companion Care comes in two tracks depending on what your family needs.
Book care as you need it — one-time visits, post-discharge support, respite coverage when a family caregiver needs a break. Minimum 3 hours. Billed per visit.
Same caregiver, same days each week — building a real relationship with your loved one. Ideal for seniors who benefit from a consistent, familiar presence. Billed weekly.
CNA/HHA-Experienced Caregivers
Many of our caregivers hold CNA or HHA credentials — bringing a level of clinical awareness to companion care that most agencies simply can't match. Founded by an RN. Staffed by professionals.
Regular companionship visits for seniors who are independent but benefit from consistent social connection and light support.
Professional coverage so family caregivers can rest, work, or attend to their own lives — without worry.
Transitional companion care after a hospital or rehab stay — ensuring your loved one isn't alone during recovery.
Nurture Haven is founded by a Registered Nurse. That means every companion caregiver is trained to notice — not just the scheduled tasks, but the subtle signs that matter. Changes in mood, cognition, or physical status that a non-clinical eye might miss.
You get the warmth of a companion and the confidence of clinical standards behind every visit.
"We're not a home health agency — we provide non-medical companion care. For families needing skilled nursing or personal care, we'll help connect you with the right resource."
3-hour minimum. Billed after each visit. No commitment required.
Slightly lower rate for regular weekly schedules. Same caregiver each visit. Invoiced weekly.
No. Nurture Haven provides non-medical companion care — companionship, light assistance, and social support. We do not provide skilled nursing, personal care (bathing, dressing), or physical therapy. For those needs, we can help connect you with a licensed home health agency.
Our caregivers provide medication reminders — reminding your loved one it's time to take their medication. They do not administer, measure, or manage medications directly. If medication management is needed, that falls under skilled home health care.
Yes. Transportation is included — to medical appointments, errands, social activities, or outings. All caregivers who provide transportation have valid driver's licenses and clean driving records.
Yes — always. We conduct an introductory visit before the first scheduled care session so your loved one can meet their companion in a no-pressure setting. Fit and comfort matter deeply to us.
Our RN-founded standards mean we are thoughtful about caregiver matching for seniors with cognitive changes. We discuss this in detail during your consultation and match accordingly. For advanced dementia care, we'll be honest about whether our service is the right fit or help you find specialized support.
There's no long-term contract. We ask for a minimum 3-hour visit and a 2-week notice if you need to discontinue regular care, so we can properly transition your loved one.
