Your company pays the flat monthly retainer to secure priority access. When an employee books care, the $35/hr usage fee is billed separately. You decide whether your company covers usage fees, employees pay them, or you split the cost.

Using 1099 contractors for childcare creates significant legal, tax, and liability risks for your company. Our caregivers are W-2 employees of Nurture Haven — we carry the insurance, workers' compensation, and employer responsibilities. Zero exposure for your business.

Most companies are fully onboarded within 5–7 business days. We handle employee portal setup, policy customization, and team training.

We require a 3-month minimum to allow your team time to experience the benefit. After that, it's month-to-month with 30 days notice.
